There is something about true farm yarn that tells me it wants to be used - worn, loved and put to work - and it was no different when Wing and a Prayer’s Winter Borrow found its way into my hands. This gorgeous, rustic but soft 100% Shetland wool, from the beautiful pastures of Vermont, was begging to be turned into something practical and useful. And so Earlyrising was born. A unisex ‘let’s get the chores done’ kind of hat. Full of texture and all over intertwining cables, Earlyrising is now our go-to hat - for the early and the late milking shifts, to the midday kid feeding, on my husband’s head, or mine, it works for everyone, every job, every day!
