This sweater was inspired by one my pilates instructor wears every so often to class. Her sweater was constructed in pieces and sewn together, but trying to figure out how I would construct a similar sweater seamlessly has gotten me through the ab series more than a few times! Her studio is on the fabulously hip and trendy “East Side” (where it’s always a bit cooler, if you know what I mean), so this fun sweater is just the thing to bring to ward off the chill. It is knit seamlessly from the top down through the underarm and back, and then the fun begins as the fronts are picked up and worked in short rows from the underarms in.

Skill Level
Advanced; simple cables worked with raglan increases, short rows.
