The crochet pattern is in PDF format and contains instructions for sizes 0-3 month, 3-6 month, 6-12 month, 1-3 year, 3-6 year, and 6-12 year. That’s 6 different sizes included in one pattern!

You will need white and pink yarn in worsted weight.You will also need a Size 5.50mm (U.S. I or 9) crochet hook (as well as an H-hook for sizes 3-6 month and 6-12 month, and a G-hook for size 0-3 month). In addition you will need two black buttons for the eyes, black sewing thread, a sewing needle, and a yarn needle.
