I used the Bernet Baby Coordiinates yarn for the baby scarf and it turned out very lacy-looking. For an adult scarf the best yarn to use would be a wool that is thicker so that the scarf will be thicker. Tassels are optional, and for a sophisticated look, a faux fur novelty yarn may be used for the first 4 rows to add more elegance. Simply change to your main yarn after the first 4 rows.
