Easy Breezy Bag
Knitting this very useful messenger-style bag is a breeze
Pattern notes:
There is a four stitch Moss Stitch border. Markers are placed to show where border ends and starts. At the top of the body there are 4 bind-off stitches on each side to aid the flap in closing better. On these bind-off stitches the strap is attached. The closure for the bag is two loops that fit over buttons or a magnet closure will work as well.
Change the colors, knit the bag in stripes, add buttons, pins, or crocheted flowers. Cast on less stitches to make it narrower and knit the body shorter to create a smaller bag. Line the inside of the bag with coordinating or contrasting fabric. The combinations are endless!! They make great gifts and are fast to knit.
Thank you,
Kirstin
