Super Bulky yarn (6) in two colours; I used Wool-Ease Thick & Quick
K/10 – 6.50 mm hook
Tapestry needle

Gauge

Gauge not important. Just make sure that the foundation row is able to fit around the head of the person you are making this for.

Abbreviations

ch = chain
sc = single crochet
dc = double crochet
st = stitch
sts = stitches
sl st = slip stitch
rnd = round
MC = main colour
CC = contrasting colour
F/O = fasten off

Special Instructions

Cluster stitch: Skip next stitch and 1 dc and 1 sc in next stitch, skip next stitch, 1 dc/1sc in next stitch, repeat.

This pattern will fit a child 4-12 years of age (20”-21” in circumference)
