Quick and easy, good for a beginner.
I could have made it in a couple of hours, but I wasn’t motivated enough so I just worked on other projects. My eyes flew over the top of it when I was looking for another project to finish.
Very nice, comfortable size. Could be used for historical dressing up if hooked in a darker colour, or used as a general everyday-handbag if done in a brighter colour.
I made this for my younger sister, in brown, to use as a WW2 prop, and it has witnessed many enjoyable hours of play.

The bag is made in 3 pieces (front-back-flap and sides), plus the strap.
The bag is worked using 2 strands of wool, because it makes the bag stronger.
