This pattern works up quickly and is a perfect cold weather accessory for those who don’t like to wear hats.

NEEDLES: US 4/3.5 mm 40-inch circular needle

NOTIONS: stitch marker

GAUGE: 4 1/2 sts = 1 inch

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS:
Width: 5” Circumference: 22”

NOTES:
This accessory is worked entirely in IODK.
Half Twist: Where indicated, move the front working yarn to the back, and vice versa. Colors will not match in these rounds.
Jogless Jog: When instructed at the start of a round, pick up the stitch below the first stitch of the next round and knit it together with the first stitch. This makes a “seamless” transition at the end/beginning of a round.
This pattern can be made into a cowl by casting on more stitches (make sure it’s an even number of stitches). If you want the cowl wider, repeat Rounds 7 - 12 before ending with Rounds 1 - 3 and binding off.
