This is a very easy, beginner’s textured blanket. You can choose to follow my stripe design or do any kind of design! The pattern creates this lovely grid design and looks excellent in any yarn or any stripe pattern. If you choose to use a different yarn, please use the appropriate hook for that yarn (the texture pattern works will with 1-2 sizes up on the hook that the yarn suggests). You will end up with a different size lap blanket so please follow instructions on how to change the size.
