Growing up, a fun favorite summer dessert was a no-bake chocolate eclair cake. With layers of graham crackers and vanilla pudding, it wasn’t necessarily a culinary masterpiece, but it was always a treat!

Sweet and simple, Eclair Cake is a little knitting treat in two colors of fingering weight cashmere-silk yarn. Build up layers of stripes in an easy stitch pattern for a cowl that will nestle softly around your neck.

65% Cashmere, 35% Silk; 200 yd/1.8 oz (183 m / 50 g) skeins
