The Oxford Dictionary defines an eddy as “a circular movement of water, counter to a main current, causing a small whirlpool.” This last shawl in my “Water” shawl collection features a simple garter body with a “swirling” lace edge that is worked sideways along the length of the body for a seamless shawl with minimal bind-off. This relaxing knit is easily adjustable for a wide range of yardages and easily shows off some of those more busy yarns you aren’t sure what to do with.
