Motifs lifted from the Art Deco period are combined to create a lively texture across this asymmetric shawl in two sizes (petite/tall), meant to be worked in a shimmery yarn blend. While the visual effect is complex, the patterns are simple to work, relying on the tension of cable crosses to pull the ribbing back and forth; light and dark areas are the result of shifting fabric density. This design is worked in one piece from beginning to end and is easily resized.

Substituting yarn and/or needles may result in an overall variation in size and drape.

Petite shawl is shown in Bare Naked Wools Deco, color Chrome

Pattern is exclusive to BNK 2017 Club members until 17 February, 2018, when it will be released for general purchase
