Edwina is designed as a traditional Shetland shawl. First the center piece is made, followed by the larger border and the smaller border. The shawl has no cast on or bind off edges. This makes the piece very soft en springy.
The shawl is made from 100% wool which makes it a warm and comfortable accessory.
You’ll need 200 g Holst Garn Supersoft, US #6/4mm needles to complete this pattern. It is worked flat in Garter stitch.

Edwina is ontworpen zoals de traditionale Shetland shawls. Eerst brei je het middenstuk, dan de grotere rand en daarna de smalle rand. Er zijn geen opzet- of afkantranden in deze shawl. Hierdoor is het een soepele en elastische shawl.
Doordat er 100% wol gebruikt wordt, is de shawl warm en comfortabel.
Je hebt 200 g Holst Garn Supersoft en naalden nr. 4 nodig voor dit project. Het wordt plat gebreid in ribbelsteek.
