Each egg should end up ‘regular’ size. Mine fit fine in a real carton. With some worsted yarns being slightly thicker than others, I just crocheted tighter then.
I know there are many patterns for eggs out, but this one works for me. My grandson and other children love them, and they are soft for the kids to toss around without breaking something. Also thought they could be used in an egg hunt.
