Die Eiszapfensocken werden vom Bündchen zur Fussspitze mit einer Bumerangferse gestrickt.

Am Schaft und vor der Fussspitze ziert ein Jacqurdmuster die Socke.
Das Jacquardmuster hat nur kurze Spannfäden und ist auch für etwas weniger geübte FairislestrickerInnen geeignet.
Das Jacquardmuster wird nach Strickschrift gestrickt, Die Strickanleitung (deutsch und englisch) ist Schritt für Schritt in Worten erklärt.

Garn : Sockenwolle (100g/420m) in Grundfarbe und Musterfarbe
Nadeln: 2,5 mm Nadelspiel
Grösse : 38/39, 40/41, die Schaft-und Fusslänge kann angepasst werden.

The Icicle Socks are worked from the cuff down to the toe with a German short row heel (boomerang heel).
There are colorwork sections on the leg and on the foot just before the toe is knitted.
