  • Crochet hooks size US K/10.5 (6.5mm) and US N/15 (10mm).

From the magazine description:

Valerie Kurita’s elegant poncho takes shape quickly with large implements and Patons’ bulky “Divine”. The high-necked ribbed yoke is knit from below the shoulders upward, while rounds of lacy openwork create the “skirt”.

From the pattern notes:

The knitted yoke is worked first, from lower edge toward neck edge. Crocheted “skirt” is worked on lower edge of ribbed yoke.

Gauge:

  • 14 sts tp 4”/10cm in ribbing, using size 13 (9mm) needles.
  • 9 V-stitches tp 10”/25.5cm with US N/15 (10mm) hook.
