This pattern is for a crocheted slip-on shoe. The top features a crocheted lattice, perfect for pairing with summery fashions. The top of the shoe is crocheted in two simple pieces that are sewn together. It is then sewn to a prepared insole, and glued to the outer sole.

Size 10 crochet thread
Size 8 (1.5mm) steel crochet hook
Large eye needle
4 inch by 4 inch piece of 2 mm craft foam sheet
Scrap of fabric for insole lining (optional)
8 inches of 1 mm elastic beading cord
4 inch by 4 inch piece of 1/8 to 3/32-inch thick cork sheet
Tacky glue
