A chart is provided for the yoke colourwork.

The sweater is worked bottom-up in the round to the underarm, sleeves are worked in the round and joined, underarms grafted, and then the circular yoke is worked to the neck ribbing. The neck ribbing is folded over and hemmed to the inside neck: aside from this, the sweater is seamless.

Sizes 2 and 4 require 3 (161-yard) balls of the main colour and 1 ball each of two contrasting colours. Sizes 6 and 8 require 4 balls of the main colour and 1 ball each of two contrasting colours.
