These worsted-weight mittens have a lace motif which runs along the outside edges and curves over the top - a modified lace motif accents the backside of the thumbs. Extra sweet when knit with a contrast color to peek from inside the folded hem, and since you only need about 20 yards for the contrast color, these are a perfect way to use up left overs.

small mittens are 10.5” (26.5mm) cuff to tip with a 8” (20.5mm) palm circumference; med. are 11.25” (28.5mm) cuff to tip with a 8.75” (22.25 mm) palm circumference.

Small mittens use approx. 150 yards MC; 20 yards CC; Med. mittens use 160 yards MC; 20 yards CC.

These mittens are a very quick knit!
