The Eleventh Hour is a shawl that knits up quickly and by using many weights of yarn, you can pull random bits from your stash!

The yarn combinations are endless! You can use one of the weights held doubled for Color C, use a lighter yarn for Color B, and make Color A your base weight of yarn. So, in theory, you could use all of one weight/yarn thickness and merely hold one color doubled, or you could grab random yarns and bits and bobs and make this shawl!

The possibilities are endless and make this a fun shawl. And with it’s big needle gauge, the drape and ease of knitting makes this project really fly off your needles!

With its sideways garter stripe, color blocking, some short rows, and color striping, The Eleventh Hour is a great shawl when you reach your personal eleventh hour and need to knit a shawl SUPER quick for a gift! I knit this in two days and made another in about the same amount of time!
