The pullover with polo collar and a stripe pattern on body and sleeves is worked entirely double stranded and seamlessly top down and starts at the accentuated shoulder line (French shoulders) at the top of back part. The two fronts are worked in opposite direction from these shoulders, are joined together at lower edge of front neckline and front is then worked back and forth to underarms, same as for back. Subsequently, front and back are joined together and body is continued in the round.
Sleeves are knitted directly onto pullover and are also worked in the round. The polo collar with a double-sided stitch pick-up (along both RS and WS of neckline), is knitted on later.

Der Pullover mit Polokragen und einem Streifenmuster an Rumpf und Ärmeln wird durchgehend zweifädig und nahtlos von oben nach unten gestrickt und an der im oberen Rückenbereich liegenden, betonten Schulterlinie begonnen. Die beiden Vorderteilseiten werden in umgekehrter Richtung aus dieser Schulterlinie herausgestrickt, später am Halsausschnitt verbunden und das VT wird wie das RT bis zum Ende der Armausschnitte in Reihen gearbeitet, anschließend wird bis zum unteren Rand in Runden gestrickt. Die Ärmel werden direkt angestrickt und ebenfalls in Runden gearbeitet.
Der Kragen mit beidseitiger Maschenaufnahme (von der Vorder- und Rückseite aus) wird nachträglich angestrickt.
