Ellis Ridge

May 2009
Be Sweet Bamboo Rain
22 stitches and 23 rows = 4 inches
US 6 - 4.0 mm
110 - 220 yards (101 - 201 m)
One Size, 7.5" x 46" not including fringe

Inspired by the Ellis Ridge area in the White Mountains of New Hampshire, this lacy green scarf mimics the surrounding forest at the height of summer. The razor edge fringe is a nod to nearby Tuckerman Ravine, a very steep slope, ideal for summer forest hiking.
This scarf takes only one skein of Be Sweet’s Bamboo Rain yarn. Adding the option fringe will take two skeins total.
