Notes
This cardigan is worked flat, top down with set in, bracelet length sleeves as follows: stitches are cast on for the back and short rows are used to shape the shoulders, when the armhole depth has been reached these stitches are placed on waste yarn to await the fronts. Fronts are picked up from the shoulder, shaped with short rows and worked to the armhole depth. These three pieces are joined to work flat and the body is worked with shaping. Sleeves are picked up from the armholes and knit down using short rows to shape the caps. The buttonband, collar and ruffles are picked up and worked afterwards.
