Have some fun with a wonderful colorway yarn. Prism Petite Madison is a super soft luxury yarn with color combo’s that will make your shawl a favorite.

The shawl is knit in one piece from the top down beginning with a garter tab working into a stockinette body on either side of the center lace strip. Different lace patterns break up the body rows at designated times. All the while the shaping is done with a simple 4 individual yarn over increases on each right side row.

The pattern is in charts only and should be suitable to the intermediate knitter.

Materials needed are 3 skeins Prism Petite Madison, Sport weight. 12 wpi, 1000 yds. #5, 3.75 mm knitting needles, 25” min. and 2 markers. Different yarns can easily be substituted, dimensions may change. Look for a 12 wpi ( wraps per inch) to stay close.

Wet blocking is advised. I have included pics in the pattern to show suggested way.
