A sweet little bag to hold trinkets, guitar picks, love notes, etc. Uses basic knitting, including increase and decrease, basic crochet, including single crochet, chain and triple crochet (optional).

Materials
• Approx. 20 yards of fine (fingering) weight yarn
• Size 2.25mm* knitting needles ( or size that works with yarn}
• Size 2.25mm
crochet hook ( or size that works with yarn}

• Small button with large holes
• Yarn sewing needle

Gauge: approx. 7-8 st per inch. It’s most important that your needles and yarn work well together. It should be a fairly firm fabric, but not stiff.

NOTE: the entire bag is made with one continuous strand of yarn. The front and back are knit in a strip. The bag is assembled and shaped with single crochet. The button and loop are crocheted with the rim around the bag opening, and the neck chain is crocheted, with the end sewed on and the yarn finally cut.
