My friend Emily wanted to buy a chunky knit vest but wanted it out of wool and not acrylic. I decided that I could write a pattern and knit one for her and here it is, Emily’s Vest :)
This quick knit vest is worked from the bottom up in seed stitch with cable panels on the front. It features a shaped collar and large set in pockets. The only seaming is at the shoulders and along the back neck.

Finished measurements at bust: 34 ¼ (40, 45 ¾, 51 ¾, 57 ½, 63 ¼, 69)”
Designed to be worn with 4-6” of positive ease.

Materials:
Puffin by Quince and Co. (100% wool; 100g skein = approx 112 yards)
• 6 (7, 8, 8, 9, 10, 11) skeins Audouin
• Approx yards: 615 (705, 785, 870, 945, 1025, 1105)
• One 29” circular (circ) needle size US 11 (8 mm). (pc is worked flat circ needle is used to accommodate large number of sts)
• One pair straight needles US 11 (8 mm). (for pocket linings)
