A sweet little tutu for a sweet little princess. The straps criss cross for a little dress in the size noted, but can be attached straight and used as the cutest top ever as little one grows. The dress is knit from the top down right to the bottom to create the bottom ruffle first. The middle and top ruffle are created with yarn over stitches that are passed on to spare yarn and picked up and knit later. Options for beading and ribbon embellishing are both given.
