Emma is a playful skater skirt inspired by a UK reality star, and the lovely ice skating ladies of the 2014 Olympics. This pattern features my unique less~bulky crochet waistband. There are photos to help you along and a few videos for extra explanation, though everything is completely explained in the text of the pattern. Emma also features a decorative border which can be made in another color for a bit of variety! The fun raised stripes down the skirt are made with front post treble crochet stitches, and make the increases very easy. The sizes on this pattern are listed by hip size as the skirt needs to be pulled up over the hips, and the waist is easily adjusted by the length of the elastic that runs through the waistband.
