The vest is worked in one seamless piece starting from the empire waist up. The neck and armhole borders are worked next. Finally, the wool is rejoined at the waist and worked down in reverse fabric. The bodice has an open zip closure and is designed to be close-fitting with a slightly cinched waist. The lace peplum finishes below the hips with an A-line front opening.
