Beginning with a tubular cast-on at the lower edge creates a smooth and integrated edge for the ribbing. The body of Enchanted Cardigan is knit in one piece from the lower edge to the underarm. Stitches are cast on for the sleeves in the stitch multiple for the lace leaf pattern, so it’s easy to maintain the pattern. The tops of the sleeves are joined front to back using a three-needle bind-off.
