Endpaper Wrap
Reminiscent of the marbled paper found on the inside cover of fine books, Endpaper is a rectangle wrap knit in a traditional vine lace pattern in three variegated colorways. This exploration in organic pooling uses yarn designed for assigned pooling, but no change in texture stitch is assigned to the accent color. Instead, only a repeating sequence of the lace pattern is worked to explore the inherent patterning created by the color changes in the yarn.
Yarn
1 skein of each of the following colorways: Beauty, Flora, & Safe Harbor. A mix of 2 BFLs and 1 Silky Solo was used in the original, but any combination of fingering weight bases will work beautifully.
Choose any color combination of highly contrasting ¼ dyed skeins typically used in assigned pooling. Need help picking colors? I’m always happy to help. Contact me at the email address in the footnote.
