Sizes and Yardage: XS 2”/5cm: 35yd/32m, S 4”/10cm: 70yd/64m, M 5”/13cm: 89yd/82m, L 8”/20cm: 106yd/97m 1oz/27g, XL 10”/25.5cm: 142yd/130m in DK or Sport, Herrschner’s 2-ply in Black

Needle: US6 4mm 32”/80cm circular or 4 DPNs or (only on flat pattern) straight needles

Accessories: cable needle, 2 stitch markers, 1 large stitch holder (either scrap yarn or a second circular needle will work well), Optional: 6”/15cm thin wire (I used wire from a copper scrubber.)

Gauges:
• Pattern: 1 chart repeat plus 2 cables and fluting, 24st by 16R = 2.75”/6cm
• Stockinette stitch: 11st by 15R = 3”/7.5cm
• Stockinette stitch: 22st by 28R = 4”/10cm
