Enterovirus D68 is a respiratory and neurological virus in the family of polio that is affecting children across the country and is of particular fascination for many pediatric providers. As an infectious disease geek who recently finished a rotation in pediatrics and had the opportunity to see on these patients, I was inspired to make this little guy.
I made this pattern as a gift for my preceptor.
It’s basically just a circle and some little tags that you can tie sporadically over the circle.
It can be made with scrap yarn, as it’s only about 2 inches in diameter.
Color isn’t specific. I used my preceptor’s favorite color
This is my first written pattern, so please feel free to write me for any clarifications, as there are likely mistakes or things that are unclear.
