ENTWINE headband

Knitting this cabled headband will be unexpected! Deceptively simple, this fabric isn’t in fact cabled, but worked in Stockinette stitch with some innovative shaping for eyelets. Those eyelets in turn will serve as the points for weaving your fabric through and turn it into a solid or a bicolor cabled headband. Regardless the color choice, entwining textured strips of this fabric will surprise you with several options on how to finish your headband, to find the one style which you prefer to wear the most!

Holidays will soon be here! Are you thinking about crafting gifts for family and friends, gifts to keep them warm through this cold season and for many years to come? This year, we may have to alter our routines and traditions, but the making and giving of hand-crafted gifts will help us embrace the spirit of the season and connect with our family and friends, albeit virtually!

This year especially seems to be the appropriate time to bring you this fun Novel Noel Advent! In this Advent collection, you will receive knitting patterns, for which you will learn several new techniques, some unusual ways of creating cables and cable-looking fabric, while knitting an enjoyable, wearable accessory - a headband. In this collection, you will receive seven mystery headband patterns that you will be able to knit and finish just in time for holiday gifting (or wearing)! Plus a surprise bonus pattern!

The Advent collection will kick off with a design using the thinnest yarn in the collection - sport weight or light DK. The yarn weight will grow each week with a new installment and, in anticipation of Christmas day, will end with a super bulky weight, to make that last-minute gift! You will discover a new technique with each and every single headband. The skill levels for the collection range from Beginner to Advanced Intermediate, but since this is a technique driven advent, there will be visual help in the form of video or photo tutorials included.

With the Novel Noel Advent eBook, you will learn something new, have fun while making it, hopefully make some new knitting friends, and have cabled headbands to wear or gift!
