The Entwined Capelet’s traveling waves are interspersed with Aran braids symbolizing the great stone harbor wall at Lyme Regis, which inspired the novels of Jane Austen and John Fowles.

This cozy capelet is unisex and can be worn snug about the shoulders or as a large loose cowl. Worked in the round from the top down, it is easily customizable and perfect for intermediate knitters ready to try complex cables without committing to an entire sweater. The pattern contains instructions for a cowl/child’s capelet (first size), and two capelet sizes for adults (second and third sizes).
