This scarf is made with a woman in mind, but as you can see in the pictures 2 & picture 3, it is very flexible and versatile that a man can wear it as well. It is my perception, not a restriction, anyone can wear this scarf, and wear it with pride, as it is a lot of hard work. I wanted to make another lace pattern using worsted weight yarn, but this time with a woman in mind, thus Eos was born. I believe you can make it with a skein as long as you have at least 230 yards.

It is important to block this pattern by getting the garment wet and stretching it to size. I have made 5 repetitions in the pictures shown. You can play around with the needle size and yarn. I have given you a suggested tested yarn, but this pattern is not limited to it.

This pattern includes a chart for those of us that enjoy charts. Every effort has been made to make it free of errors, if you find a mistake please contact me directly. The pattern chart was made using the Intwined Software.

A lot of effort went into this pattern a lot of motivation and inspiration from people around me. Motivation and inspiration from my Ravelry groups Galactica FPB, Men Who Knit and the Monday Night Knit group that meets at a Local Cafe. I also want to thank my friend Naomi Balint for her support, and encouragement, and unconditional friendship.
