Yarn
Main pattern is written for DK weight (238 yd/100g),
(1, 1, 1) {1, 2, 2, 2} skeins.
Adult medium shown in grist creative maverick, 2 skeins.
Instructions are also included to make the hat in any yarn for any size head.

Gauge
22 sts = 4” in stockinette in the round on US 7 (4.5mm)
or any yarn in any gauge.

Techniques
knit & purl in the round, knitted cord, increase, co & bo

Notions
stitch marker, row marker, double pointed needles (for cord) plus favorite needles for knitting in the round
