The Erin Ponytail Hat is crocheted using worsted weight yarn and a size J crochet hook. The body of the hat is created first and then the ribbed band is added with short rows. The design features scattered front post stitches that create little mountain peaks. The finished beanie will measure approximately 8 ½ inches from the top of the hat to the edge. The hat should fit a head circumference between 18” and 23”. Instructions are also given for a regular hat without the ponytail hole.
