This double-layered hat features lace on the outside and a cozy inner layer that peeps through the holes as an accent color. It’s worked by casting on at the crown of the inner hat, increasing to full circumference, working a band of 1 x 1 rib, then introducing the second color and transitioning to the outer hat’s brim and lace crown. At the end, just fold the inner hat into the outer hat.
