Etoile Hat is a slouchy beanie with concentric eyelet
stars and an eyelet stripe brim. Worked in the round
from the top down in a slightly fuzzy sport weight
alpaca yarn.

Designer note: I am a loose knitter, so please check your gauge before beginning this project. It may be necessary to go up 1 or 2 needle sizes.
