From the designer:
What can you knit with a laceweight yarn besides lace? Our answer is Eve. Four simple slip-stitch patterns are artfully placed to showcase the beauty of a hand-painted yarn while creating a generously-sized stole that is nearly reversible. Why nearly reversible? Because three of the four stitch patterns are fully reversible; the fourth is not, but is nearlyas beautiful on the back as on the front. Three size options allow you to scale this versatile stole to your own body. This no-sew design is suitable for the adventurous advanced beginner.

Errata

If you have a pattern copyrighted 2007 there is errata that has been fixed in patterns copyrighted 2008. Here is the errata:

While Eve may be nearly reversible, knitting errors are completely reversible. However, it is easier to do so – or to avoid errors in the first place – if the pattern instructions are correct and clear. To that end, we offer our apologies and the following corrections and clarifications.

Page 2 – Special Abbreviations and Terms
Cluster: Sl 1 st, k4, then pass the slipped st over the 4 sts just knit to cluster them (1 st decreased).

Half and Half Pickup, Row 2: Turn so WS is facing. K the first st, pu and knit an EVEN number of sts, as specified, picking up one st between each st on the LHN, knit last st. Except for the first and last sts, do NOT work the sts picked up on Row 1; rather, strand the working yarn loosely in front of those sts.
