Everest socks are worked cuff-down in the round with an afterthought heel on double-pointed needles or a 9” circular needle.

Instructions are for a 60 (64, 68) stitch sock (8.3”/21cm (8.85”/22.5cm, 9.4”/24cm) foot circumference) and is knit in this order: Sock Tube (including cuff), Toe, Afterthought Heel.

Skills you will need :

K Knit.
P Purl.
K2TOG Knit two stitches together.
SSK Slip two stitches knitwise, slip left needle through front loop of slipped stitches, knit together.
SM Slip marker from the left needle to the right needle.
