This collection is comprised of four cotton cloths:

  • Mother Earth Fade (knit)
  • Among the Wildflowers (knit, optional crochet border)
  • Atoll (crochet)
  • Go Green (crochet)

These were inspired by Earth Day & relevant topics to the climate crisis. It was also partly because we could all use some fancy cloths for cleaning, am I right?

Included with each pattern is a description of the topic that inspired the design and resources to find out more. I have no affiliations with any organizations or brands mentioned.

Knit cloths require a US 5 / 3.75mm needles
Crochet cloths require H/5mm crochet hook
The border of one knit cloth requires a size F/3.75mm crochet hook

This is meant to be a set of patterns that inspires recycling or (re)using materials you have on hand. Have an old cloth and hate the design? Frog it and use the yarn for a new pattern! Have some cotton yarn that has been sitting around, give it some new life! I used Sugar’n Cream 100% cotton yarn, which I had on hand.

I hope these patterns bring you joy and inspire you to love your Mother Earth!
