You will need to work in the round, work yo and make 1 knitwise increases as well as skp, k2tog and p2tog decreases.

Finished measurements 40 (44, 48, 52)cm 16 (17.5, 19.25, 20.75)” circumference, 22.5 (25, 27.5, 30.5)cm 8.75 (9.75, 10.75, 12)” tall (including brim turn up).
