Living on the forest moon of Endor, Ewoks are a forest-dwelling species who builds their homes high in the trees. Short, furry aliens with big ears and bright eyes, they befriend the Rebels as they attempt to bring down the shield generator on the second Death Star. Providing key information and much-needed battle assistance, these hood-wearing tribe members carry primitive weapons, which prove to be imperative in defeating the technology-dependent Empire.

Beginning at the lower edge, the hood is worked from the bottom up in the round in garter stitch. German short-row shaping is used to create three wedges that curve the hood upward and over the back of the head. Faux fur pom poms are attached for Ewok ears. With sizing from toddler through adult, you can make one for every member of your tribe!
