Even the Doctor might feel differently about Daleks if faced with one of these cuddly monsters. This pattern will let you knit your very own plushy Dalek, to keep for yourself or give away. Knit a whole army and prepare for world domination!

To put the finishing touch to the geekiness, this pattern is based on actual Dalek blueprints and is to-scale insofar as the medium will allow.

Size
The size of your Dalek will depend on the yarn and needles you pick. Worsted will give you a Dalek that’s 8-ish inches tall.

Gauge
Gauge isn’t really important here.

Yarn
Basic worsted works well, but you can choose any yarn you like. You need main color and contrast color and color for eyes.

Needles
Circular needles or double pointed needles in a size appropriate to your yarn choice. A pair of 16 or 12 inch circs is recommended for most of the body.
