This design is written for two different weights of yarn and for three sizes, newborn, 3-6 months and 9-12 months. Larger sizes are in parenthesis.

Materials
Yarn: Approx. 100 (120, 140) yards fingering weight yarn; 85 (100, 115) yards double knitting (DK) weight yarn.

Needles: 16” circular needles, one set of double-point needles in the same size; for fingering weight, use #2-#4; for DK weight, use #4-#6 or needles to obtain gauge.

Notions: Marker to place on beginning of rounds, tapestry needle to weave in ends.

Gauge: Fingering weight is 6.5 sets. per inch, KD is 5.5 sts. per inch
