Faerie Ring is a semi-circular shawl worked from the neck down. It is worked in the main color in garter stitch, and bound off in a contrasting color and lace edge.

The sizing is pretty flexible - you can make it as big or as small as you like by changing the needle size or working more or less of the repeats. Note: if you do change the size, make sure that the final number of stitches is a multiple of six, so that you can complete whole repeats of the lace edging while binding off.

Though knitted flat, I recommend using a 24” circular needle to accommodate the large number of stitches in the later stages of the shawl.

Most of the yardage will go into the body of the shawl, which is the main color, while only one skein will go into the edging in contrasting color.

Note to those who downloaded before January 1st: Update available! The first two downloads are inaccurate and are missing the set-up row. This has since been remedied.
