The Fair Isle Celebration Beanie is a simple beanie in 3 sizes, with 2 crown options. It can be knit either slouchy or more of a beret shape with a Pom Pom added. I’ve included 3 different charts for the colourwork section so that you can make the hat more than once for any one person.

Skills needed:
Longtail cast on
Knit
Purl
Make one
Knit 2 together
Stranded colour work

Made using the lovely Cleckheaton superfine merino - my current yarn crush - you can easily get the contrast sections out of a partial ball, the most I have used is 40 metres and that included the Pom Pom. The main colour needs a whole ball in the larger sizes.
