This is a great sweater for beginners, with simple increases and decreases for shaping, and for more advanced knitters that want to keep their hands occupied without having to pay a lot of attention to a pattern.

It’s a fairly simple construction with the sleeves worked in one long rectangular piece and seamed to create the sleeves. The body of the sweater is then picked up from the sleeves and knit from the top down.

Fairly was named for exactly what it is…

A great sweater that’s fairly simple, fairly different, fairly flared, fairly fast to knit, and fairly fabulous!
